Why does CCM usually tend to be 5 years behind the rest of the world?

Hey Chad, it's Rachel from Ikon (the piano player?) Nice picks on the music. I've been hearing a lot about all those bands. Will you be leading at Ikon tonight? Sounds like it will be some interesting subject matter.

Well Steph. Good comments.
My theory about why CCM might be 5 years behind the rest of the world, is because they wait to see something prove itself before they get on it. (i.e. Linkin Park sell a gazillion records....so why not put something like that in the ccm market...could sell).
I might do a post about this sometime soon.
