"Debo" Loves Jesus

Last week I just happened to come across a religious TV network, that will remain nameless (COUGH...TBN), and saw Debo talking about Jesus. Tom "Tiny" Lister Jr. who played Debo in Ice Cube's Friday films professes faith in Jesus.

If you recall, Chris Tucker (Smokey) admitted his faith in Jesus after the making of the first Friday film with Ice Cube, and would not return for the second b/c of his convictions after his conversion.

Travels

On our trip back from The Great Smokey Mountains, we hit an 18 mile traffic back up due to an accident.

If you look closely you will see the tanker truck that says No Smoking 50 FT. If you look to the left of the truck you will see the driver of that very truck smoking.
No place like Gnome though.

FALL BREAK

My favorite time of the year, fall!!! Leaves, colors, chill, post season baseball, college & pro football, and jackets!!!

I am starting a 4 day weekend for FALL BREAK. A few books+ SUV+ some new music+ no phone / text/ or internet / meetings+ Great Smokey Mountains + hott wife+ no dogs= NOTHING BUT A GOOD TIME!!!

NEW MUSIC: Spur 58

Spur 58 is an upcoming worship rock type band. They sound a bit like Coldplay, Keane with some more original sounds. These guys are good. There are at least 4 strong songs on the CD. We might be doing one or two over the next couple of months at TPC.
